About Emilio Pucci

Emilio was born in Florence in 1914 and became a known fashion designer in 1950 thanks to a ski outfit. The idea was to inspire and liberate women through luxury bright colour prints. In the 1990’s the daughter of Pucci named Laudomia took over her father’s business. In 2000 a majority of the Pucci company was acquired by the French giant luxury group LVMH.
