Since the early days in Molvena in Italy the company has been full of creative, dynamic and innovative peopler that wanted to create unique styles. The design team was headed by the Creative Director Wilbert Das that led their own tasted lead them. The way the staff organize themselves and work productively has been studies by consulting organizations and universities. The flaship store is today located in Milan.
