The denim jeans and clothes label for women and men was founded by Jerome Dahan in 2003. Adriano Goldschmied is a partner to the label and the private equity firm Berkshire Partners is today one of the owners to the company. Jerome Dahan was previously head of design for Lucky Brand and co-founder to 7 For All Mankind.
